Meet Nicky!

Our neighbors had puppies a several weeks ago and my kids have been begging to get one. They are pure bred Bichon Frise pups and so adorable. My kids got really attached to the only one that wasn't sold yet so I started working on William to get him to say we could get an inside dog. I quit asking for a week or so and decided that we wanted to wait until our next house to get a girl dog so we could breed her and make money on her puppies. Well, I got attached to little Nicky and couldn't imagine him going to any other family. So I asked William again and he said yes. This was only a few days before Easter and my neighbors were going out of town so I told her we would "dogsit" him until the owners got him on Easter morning. I told this story to my kids cause Jonna, my neighbor said that a bunch of people called about him after she put him in the paper. And right after I said I wanted him a couple other people actually called to buy him. So we told the kids that someone already bought him, and they were going to surprise their kids on Easter morning. So Amy begged me to put out an Easter basket for Nicky to see if the bunny would fill it for him. So before I went to bed I set out a basket and the Easter Bunny FILLED it up. They Easter Bunny usually hides our kids baskets every year in strange places so in this video the kids are hunting for their baskets. Check out the look on Makenna's face when she realizes that Nicky is our dog. I don't know how to edit video yet so you can stop watching after Makenna's reaction cause it gets a little less interesting after that.
