Went to the doc today...
Well, today was the day for the nasty glucose testing at my OB doc. So instead of drinking that sickly sweet drink I chose to eat 28 Jelly Belly jelly beans. I thought that tasted ok but they settled in my stomach like rocks! So everything with my testing turned out fine...as far as my iron counts were concerned. Doc says if anything comes up wierd in the results he will call me but most likely I will be good. I have been eatly a ton of fruits and veggies this pregnancy and you would think that would help me to have lots of energy all the time. I just seem to drag myself around everywhere I go. Maybe, now that I am a SAHM to only my kids and not staying home with day care kids, I am just on the go too much and wearing myself out. Who knows. I kind of think it is a mix between three things. The Bendoxy drug I am on makes me tired and groggy for most of the morning at least, then there is the altitude difference, or maybe it is the fact that I toss and turn all night long and don't get good enough sleep. Maybe this is just God's way of preparing me to be up all night with another baby. YIKES! That is happening soon! I am 27 weeks now so I only have 10 weeks left. Doc said if I want he will srtip the ol' membranes at 37 weeks. Hmmmmmm...tempting! I am once again, as with all my pregnancies, having a ton of contractions already. Some of them hurt and last a little too long, but for the most part they are just the annoying uncomfortable ones! I am getting really really uncomfortably big now but after what my SIL Elly just went through with having twins I am not going to gripe any more than that. Anyway, we are watching fireworks tonight so I gotta get my kids ready to settle in on the trampoline outside for the big show! I will try to get some great shots to post tomorrow. Weird how all of Logan area does fireworks on the 3rd every year! Have a great night and a safe holiday!

That is funny that they do it early, probably so you can hit them in every town. That is how they do it in Wyoming! I hope you feel better soon. Tammi
